We supervise execution against the approved drawings and specifications, check setting out, inspect work at each stage and keep a written record of what was built, when and by whom.
Progress is measured against the programme rather than estimated. Site instructions, RFIs, material approvals and daily labour and machinery deployment are all logged and reported to the client.
